Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love." 1 Cor 16:13-14
Are you growing in your relationship with God? Do you believe that one day you will have to answer to God for your actions or lack of action? Is your “public person” the same as your “private person?” “How do you communicate with a generation that listens with its eyes and thinks with its feelings?” What does the Bible mean to “ stand firm in the faith?”
Come grow with us as we face these and other daunting questions; seeking and answering truthfully. We believe that all across La Plata, Indian Head, Charles County, Maryland, throughout the nation, and around the world there is a war taking place. We believe that there is a battle for the souls of our children. We believe that the enemy is winning that battle by men failing to love their wives as Christ first loved the Church. We believe that children are watching their moms and dads fail. We believe that marriages are failing because men are not leading their family as the Bible has told us to lead. We believe that the church is failing to impact the culture because men are failing to lead as the Bible has told us to lead.
Every Thursday morning we gather together for a breakfast and great fellowship filled with laughter and transparency, encouraging one another in our daily walk.
Come join the men as we grow together in God’s Holy Word, in Spiritual maturity.

Here are some of the events we are involved with:
- Thursday morning at 8 a.m. (as mentioned above), some of the men of our church are meeting for breakfast at Marie’s. If you are willing and able, please feel free to join us. Bring a friend if you’d like.
- The Baptist Men continue to support the RA Food Basket collections.
