Fellowship Hall Use

Use of the fellowship hall is being overseen by a church committee. Please contact the webmaster at twix1000@att.net to request use of the fellowship hall.

Notable items regarding fellowship hall usage:

· The building’s mission is to provide for the spiritual welfare of the people, to serve the community by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and to promote the advancement of Christ through education and or discipleship.

· Absolutely no alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted in the building or on church property.

· There may be deposits and/or fees associated with using the facility.

· Kitchen use is permitted only by licensed caterers.

· The lessee must supply all materials used during the activity. Plastic liners are required on all tables. The lessee is responsible for purchasing plastic liners for all tables and purchasing / renting desired table linens, dishes, service dishes, utensils and paper / plastic products.

· The following equipment may be available for use when using the facility: 8’ rectangle serving tables; 6’ rectangle serving tables; 3’ square serving table; (25) 6’ round tables (each seats 10); 6’ rectangle children’s table; children’s chairs; high chairs; 200 chairs; industrial trash cans (wheeled). Kitchen equipment will be discussed with certified catering services upon request as necessary.
