Hello, this is pastor gary from first baptist church of laplata. Here’s the headline, “How Humans Lost Their Tails.” Apparently, genetic scientists have finally discovered what happened to our tails; however, they still don’t know why we lost them. Geneticists have uncovered the gene that makes—or breaks—tails in the animal kingdom. Evolutionary biologists are certain that our human ancestors used their tails to swim through the water then later to balance in the treetops. Pointing to the human coccyx, or tailbone, as vestigial proof of an ancient tail, it’s an open and shut case except for the fact that losing a tail provides no known evolutionary advantage. Working against every accepted scientific premise, genetic mutations are believed to cause biological information to increase producing molecules to man. Losing a tail represents de-evolution which means that tailed creatures should now be the dominant species—not tailless humans. Evolutionists will never admit they are wrong, and neither will they acknowledge how ridiculous their theories sound. But other than being fashioned by an intelligent Creator, what other explanation do they have? I’m reminded of the child’s poem, “Once I was a tadpole when I learned to swim; then I was a frog with my tail tucked in; then I was a monkey swinging from a tree; now I am a professor with a PhD!” If you want to believe you evolved from a tailed ancestor, have at it; I know I was fearfully and wonderfully made without a tail by a Loving Creator in His own image–and that’s no tall tale!
